Sporadic reports of dashboard analytics load speeds

We can confirm that the download analytics reporting system is back up to real-time updates. As previously confirmed, no downloads have been lost during that period.

Following the sporadic report of dashboard analytic load speeds, we've re-enabled the queue back to full speed and it is now progressing through the downloads - it will be back up to real-time updates within the next 6 hours when the download queue system has caught up with real-time information. No downloads have been lost during this period.

We’ve received a few sporadic reports of the Captivate dashboard’s analytics section being a little slow to load for some people today. All analytics are recorded and there, but we’re just looking into this as a precaution and will report back shortly.
