Captivate password issue

We had twenty minutes or so of database activity from an API connection that caused some sporadic login and data retrieval slow down.

This isn’t typical and although we have API limiting in place, we’ll be reviewing that again tomorrow just to make sure we’re happy with that rate.

We have received sporadic reports that users being asked to enter passwords multiple times.
