The team have applied a fix for the issue so your show notes should be displaying correctly. We'd recommend doing a hard refresh of your screen to ensure that the changes are applied.

We are receiving reports that a handful of users are seeing unusual formatting in their show notes section, within their Captivate dashboard.
On initial investigation it appears that the issue is related to our third party editor plugin, Quill. Pierre and the team are already working hard to determine the exact cause of the issue so that we can implement a resolution as quickly as we can.
This is only happening to a really small number of users and we can’t replicate it easily, if at all, so we will be speaking deeply with those affected to diagnose.
