The API is now back up and running thanks to the team getting around the AWS load-balancing downtime, you should now be able to access the Captivate Dashboard and the Captivate Player.

The technical team have identified the issue, Amazon Web Services are currently reporting an issue with the load balancer back-end instance registration times so our team are working on a solution to get the service back up whilst Amazon resolve their issue.

Hey all, we're currently investigating an outage a minor outage on our backend API right now for Captivate, this doesn't affect already hosted podcasts with Captivate, RSS feeds or episodes and is currently affecting users login capabilities and has logged users out.

The team are looking at this right now and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
