Captivate 2.0 Planned Maintenance - Wednesday 9th June

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

On Wednesday 9th June, we will be making behind the scenes changes in preparation for the huge release of Captivate 2.0 ⭐

For this to happen, we’re going to need to put the Captivate platform into maintenance mode for a maximum of 2 hours. During this time, you will be unable to access your Captivate account.

*** All of your existing RSS feeds, episodes and analytics tracking will continue to work in the exact same way as before, and everyone who listens to your show can still do so. ***

🚨 This next bit is super important! 🚨

If you need to publish or edit an episode on Wednesday 9th June, please do so before 8am UK, 3am Eastern & 12am Pacific.

If you are super organized and already have an episode scheduled to publish 9th June, we recommend amending this to before the time of the upgrade (8am UK, 3am Eastern & 12am Pacific).

We'll keep reminding you but we would recommend adding the date and time to your calendar 👍
